There is a certain density difference between fluorite and gangue, so gravity separation can work well for the separation of fluorite. However, the density difference is not so big, and the gravity separation efficiency is not so ideal. After a long errer and trail, Forui has improved the original AM30 jigger, and designed the new-type fluorite jigger. This kind of AM30 jigger has been used in Mongolia, Gansu, Chengde etc. And the great efficiency has been showed.
There is gravity separation and floatation separation for fluorite separation. Floatation separation is mainly for low-grade fine fluoeire ore to gain high-grade fluorite powder while gravity separation is mainly for the coarse fluorite and also size of 0.1-1mm fluorite to gain the metallurgy fluorite blocks. There are two models for fluorite separation and they are AM30 jigger for fluorite of 0-30mm, and 2LTC912/4 jigger for fluorite of 30-50mm. 2LTC912/4 jigger is new-designed model for ore blocks separation with its max. feeding size of 50mm, and it helps to lower the human power and improve the production rate.
There are many kinds of jiggers for different ores. Choosing a suitable jigger is necessary to improve teh jigging beneficiation efficiency. The equipment for fluorite beneficiation is floatation separation and gravity separation. The floatation separation is mainly for low-grade fluorite, and fine grain size embedded to gain high-grade fluorite powder. And floatation separation is the only way to get high-grade fluorite powder. The gravity separation machine is mainly jigger. As kind of gravity separation machine, it separates according to different densities of mineral and gangue to gain metallurgy fluoeite.
