Manganese ore can be upgraded by gravity separation while manganese jig separator is mainle involved. Shaking table can be used sometimes, but due to its limitation of handling capacity and recovery rate, it is not so common. Here Forui jiggers of AM30 and 2LTC912/4A is for coarse manganese ore which is dissociated from the gangue. The feeding size ranges of both jiggers are 8-30mm and 30-50mm. For the fine manganese granules dissociated from gangue, LTA1010/2 and 2LTC6109/8T manganese jig separator can be used with their feeding size of 0-8mm. 2LTC6109/8T jigger is kind of trapezoidal jigger with 8 jigging boxes and four jigging slots indepenently adjustable. And this 2LTC6109/8T jig separator can help to gain good efficiency with its big handling capacity and high recovery rate.
