As kind of weak magnetic ore, the basic beneficiation methods for manganese ore are mainly gravity separation and intensity magnetic separation even though there are many kinds of manganese ores.
The gravity separators mainly refer to jig separators, and sometimes shaking tables. But considering small handling capacity and feeding size limitation of shaking table, it can not be used in large scale manganese separation. And here jigger is the widely used concentrating machine for manganese ore. Jigger for big blocks ore makes gravity separation more common. Jig works on basis of density difference between useful mineral and gangue with its high efficiency, energy-saving, large feeding size, and environment-friendly.
Manganese ore is kind of weak magnetic mineral and intensity magnetic separator can separate manganese from gangue with its high efficiency. For the fine manganese ore, intensity magnetic separator is usually adopted. There are two kinds of intensity magnetic sepration, one of rough separation and one of scavenging separation. Forui intensity magnetic separator adopts magnet of NdFeB material. There are two manget rollers with intensity magnetism. This separation device can be adjusted and this intensity magnetic separator is the main magneic separator for manganese magnetic separation.
Forui manganese jig separator are mainly for coarse manganese granules separation. Forui jigger of AM30 and 2LTC912/4A jigger can deal with manganese of 10-50mm while jigger of LTA1010/2 series can deal with +50meshes-10mm.
