Scheelite is kind of an important tungsten mineral with its density 6.1g/cm3. It is mainly beneficiated by floatation separation while soometimes gravity separation can be involved. Here is some share about tungsten beneficiation.
The density difference is big enough for gravity separation. however, granule liberation of useful material and gangue is also needed as well. So if the liberation size is coarse or ok to gravity separation, gravity separation can do the separatign job well.
Different models can be used for tungsten of different size embedded. Coarse granules embedded tungsten can be beneficiated by coarse jigger like models of AM30, 2LTC912 models while fine jiggers of JT1070/2 and LTA1010/2, 2LTC6109/8T can be used when it comes to the ore with fine size embedded. Foe the ore very fine, shaking table or pan-magnetic separator can be used for the separation.
